This past Friday I had the opportunity to photograph this years Urban Infill which is hosted by Definitely Superior Art Gallery. This was the 11th year that it took place, but the first time I attended. I don't know how I have gone this many years without checking out but at least I made out this time around. After attending this years event, I will be definitely be going to next years.
Read MoreHalloween has come and gone but over the weekend I had was fortunate enough to capture all the craziness that was The Hunger 11 in downtown Thunder Bay. This was my third year capturing the event for The Walleye, which was hosted by Definitely Superior Art Gallery. I will continue taking photos of The Hunger as long as I'm able to because it's such a great event. For those who don't know about it, it's a night of live performances at various bars in downtown Port Arthur where people dress up for Halloween to show off their costumes and just have a good old time.

It was actually my first freelance assignment for the paper and since then I have gotten the chance to photograph a lot of cool and interesting events. So, as Halloween drew closer this year, I actually requested to photograph The Hunger 10. Luckily for me and my wife Anne, we were told that we would in fact able to make photographs again this year. This also meant that we would have to dress up. After all, you gotta look the part as well.
